I wouldn't have thought so as Steam does not sell optical media so there's not really any point. My laptop doesn't have one either and I cant think of a situation in the past 6 months where I've needed it. Just pickup a cheap USB optical drive if that is your only concern and plug in when needed.

I think the fact its based on Alien rather than Aliens means it wont be a flop like Colonial Marines was, as its not trying to be "Call of Duty in space". I got some proper chills watching the gameplay the atmosphere looks amazing. Hopefully it stays looking this good and isnt watered down...

With the Mac costing £1500 means I imagine people will try to treat it better due to the cost so thats an invalid arguement.

Checkout this fanboy. Mac components are NOT superior to other manufacturers, they do not have magical "last longer" properties and therefore you are taking a bigger risk on trying to run 2/3yr old used hardware for an additional 2yrs compared with brand new hardware for 2yrs of its warranty...

If its a laptop and you have narrowed it down to the touchpad then its not really a Windows8 problem anymore its the touchpad firmware/software. Do you need to use the touchpad, cant you just disable and plug in an external mouse?

Have you actually checked the power steering fluid levels? Id start be giving the ThrottleBody a good clean and check for any air leeks in the engine bay.

It is Scone. This is the first time I've enjoyed an Assassins Creed since #2 i think. I tried the one set in Venice (Brotherhood?) but lost interest midway through that.

Wasn't expecting that move when i opened the topic! My mates really into his but its more the classic side of things that appeals to him. Hes got a CSK currently and is now restoring a 2door In Vogue. Green laning is also a bonus given our location, some nice places up behind Matlock Bath way :)
