Id really recommend adding another £30 to the budget out of your own money and getting:

Has both an I5 and a decent dedicated graphics card so you could actually use it for more than just...
I posted this over on clio197 but worth noting before deciding which version to buy:
And taken from the comments on that video:
- The Game runs at 720p 30FPS on Xbox 360, Xbox One is 1080p 30FPS
- The physics are much better/realistic on the Xbox One version compared to the Xbox 360 version...
I really want to play this but I dont want to get it for the 360 and ruin it for myself by playing the inferior version, at the same time I'm not ready to buy a £300+ Xbone just for 1 game. Arrrrgh!
The main problem for me is the proportions of everything on the new design. Those headlight units are f*cking huge they make the wheels seem tiny. The Renault diamond is the size of the wing mirrors etc, the list goes on!
I know this topic is normally dedicated to the latest offers but...
What are everyones thoughts on the new Store layout Steam have rolled out? I'm not convinced I prefer the old format personally. This whole "recommended for you because you purchased X" or "Game Y from 2005 recommended because...
Looks like I called it pretty accurately lol. In other news:
http://www.metacritic.com/game/playstation-4/destiny
Only a 74 with a user score of 6.4
Amazing what hype and marketing can do for an "average" game. No wonder no reviews went up until after it released.
I've thought about doing that too even though mine works, just as a precaution more than anything. How much of a pain in the arse was it removing and refitting the panel with the motors on?
It depends on the wheels you are running as what you can get away with, have a read of Chris Powells Group Buy thread as it's all been asked before: http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?720643-Brackets-for-mounting-Brembo-197-200-4-pot-callipers-to-172-182. I went 15mm because that was...
Cheers @Keith185. I'll be honest if I'd have known how much messing about, time and money the whole conversion took I would have thought twice before going ahead with it. It's taken the best part of 3 months, probably around £750 total, 2 trips to Diamond Motors, 2 trips to the calliper refurb...
Glad to see you got things sorted, bet you're happy that it was indeed the timing being out that was causing the power loss and nothing else more severe! Would have been gutting to re-dyno and get another low result. Whats next then, induction?
Cheers both. They are still bedding in really what with being new discs and pads, when they've got some miles on them I'll report back. First impressions are slightly increased pedal travel (to be expected) but then great initial bite and feel.
The standard rears are now black as they were in a similiar condition to the fronts as seen in the before pics above. I dont have any better pictures to hand due to the weather and being at work but hopefully this gives a better idea:
(this was in direct sunlight after being fitted)
Thanks both :)
The latest addition has been the Brembo caliper conversion. I picked up a pair of Chris Powell brackets from his recent group buy and then after a cheeky offer of £105 on a local eBay listing managed to collect these:
Looking very sorry for themselves I decided to send them...
lol no! I asked if you cared about distance and you said: "Not to fussed on the background as long as its nice! Ahaa" so you've suddenly changed your tune :p
Well IMO you cant go wrong with Dovedale: DE6 2AY. http://goo.gl/maps/aQyze
And theres a quiet tunnel not far away too (not a main road): ST13 7SS http://goo.gl/maps/LhmvZ
Well after owning this for almost 3 months now I thought it was time I put up some details on what's happened with 393 so far since I picked it up from York on the 8th May.
To summarise the eBay listing:
On the surface It seems a bit of a bargain however the work involved so far says...
Renault dont have any garages in Nottingham, where did you take it?
Personally if you are in Nottingham then I would pay a visit to one of the specialists off here, Diamond Motors (Mick) only works on Renaults and has alot of knowledge about Renaultsport Clios. He might have better luck...
That makes me cringe thinking about how bad it will look compared to it running on my system. No chance it will look anywhere near that without some serious hardware investment. Have they released the spec that 35min was running on? I bet they wont! lol.
Nail, head. The small drainage holes underneath the plastic trim will be blocked and the noise you hear when turning is the trapped water sloshing from side to side. Very common issue.

I'll echo the above and say for the £14k price range i would rather be looking at the Megane 250/265 as you will easily find a decent spec'd example for that kind of money. It would be more powerful (300hp with a remap), A newer design and much rarer than either the Clio or the Corsa.
