I'll take a stab at the points:
My car has rear brake drums, how often do the shoes need replacing? It's done almost 40,000 miles and was serviced last year, they didn't mention anything. How long do the shoes last? - Pass. Rears are largely used for handbrake so will not wear at the same rate...
Not sure on that, they seem to be doing well in Australia (because they are actually bothering to persue that market while leaving others to rot) so I cant see RHD disappearing off the radar.
I have to admit, its noisy but the straight 6 sound makes up for it.
http://www.mrtyre.com/microsites/mansfield/ Mr Tyre Mansfield was the place that made the Power flow system if your interested. The guy was sound as I went with him to drop the car off. They pretty much made it bespoke as the...
You can buy the callipers new from Renault for £159 each (silver, red costs more and is out of stock) so I don't understand why they command the premium that they do on Ebay, I guess its from people not knowing their new price as a reference point.
Speak to Renault Wolverhampton parts on here...

Yeah I know mate, I did stress this thoroughly to the seller to wrap them as best they could but this ended up happening regardless. They came from Newport so not exactly local! Looking at TNT's website the sender of the item has to file the claim so I guess I have to post them back now as well...
Ooft proper bodge that! You need to source some replacement plugs from a car being broken as trying to mate wire > wire is just going to be another bodge ontop of an existing bodge. You will struggle fixing this via pics too your best bet would be to attend a local meet and compare with someone...
Sorry mate totally misread this topic, thought you had Xenons not HIDs so ignore the whole ignitor stuff. Essentially in a HID kit you had the bulbs and the ballasts (box attached to the bulb). So if you swap bulbs/ballasts over you should be able to tell which one is the faulty item.
Swap the bulbs over (along with the ignitor box on the back of the bulb) from the working headlight to the problem headlight, if that doesn't fix the problem headlight then the bulb is fine its the ballast underneath the headlight that's the problem.
Basically just swap bits between them until...
I removed both door cards from the Trophy and used some NoMoreNails on the plastic honeycombs as they were rattling their tits off previously. Currently waiting for it to set overnight so I can test if its worked tomorrow :)
Me and my mate were planning on going but it appears very disorganised, its the first one since 2007 or something and the first one at this new venue. Despite the pictures all showing caravans (for the overnight stay ready for Sunday Service the following day) they still haven't confirmed if...
