I'm thinking of painting the inside of my tack car after seeing some good job's just need to either fully strip it out or paint from the seats/B pillars back and mask everywhere up.
Cool job lol mate of mine I know through detailing a few of my cars did a private jet a couple of years ago http://www.puredetail.co.uk/work/large-private-business-jet/ and an interior job on one lol http://www.puredetail.co.uk/work/private-jet-interior-deep-cleanse-detail/
Nice list @bashracing Hen's teeth come to mind with the RS2 lol suppose fly wheel and clutch is a no brainer while gearbox is out. head work is something I would like but would wan't to do cam's at the same time while head is off.
Believe it when I see it lol @bloke when do you get time to do...
Sliders should be easy to move and move freely possibly something wrong with them, not sure if you have to use a certain grease in them either could be that if you have greased both sides up with the same stuff. I'm not 100% so just throwing ideas out lol
4 day's left at Oulton for it to get through for mine @MarkX lol will have done about 10-12 days this year (my first year doing track days) and wish I had started sooner, not missed a beat yet as far as the car goes always see other clio's when we're in the pit/paddock jacked up or going home...
I'm debating on painting the inside probably just rattle can, a suspension refresh (have my BC stripped, checked and cleaned if needed) and have it corner weighted (more than likely use Blink Motorsport as they were excellent when doing my alignment/camber adjustment for track) once I've sorted...
Quick search brought this up, if you read down it's on a PH1 though not sure if it'll help you.

Takes longer to jack up and get wheels off than it does to change disc's/pads on the front (I started doing my own on my track car, not touched rears yet though), And as said George will sort you out with what you need.
You'll want about 30 psi hot all round and if you start with about 24 front and 26 rear and then do a few laps and come in check tyre pressures and adjust to 30 psi, I tend to have the rears a little more than fronts as they don't get as hot (I find that anyway other people might be different...
I used PS3 on my last day at Oulton and it was damp with on off rain they were fine ended up on my 888 in the afternoon as it dried out, not tried them in proper wet conditions yet but I have 2 sets of rim's with tyres on at the min the PS3 and Toyo 888 so if it rains I'll be using the PS3...
Yeah lol I literally sent them a message and within 2 minutes I had a reply, Excellent given it's 9:30pm well impressed as I hate waiting lol I'm very impatient haha

Just emailed them now asking if it is an Open pit day like it says on their own website or a 3 group p/h like it says on the trackdays.co.uk website. If it is a 3 group one I'll be asking for a refund more than likely.
Didn't know I'll have a look and check my email now.(just checked no email to say anything has changed) When you say 3 group p/h do you mean session's ? @LeeRS
@not normal dan Link below for you mate...
Dunno if that's any use? @Panda @optical did a quick search and found it. was interested myself for no reason other than something to read lol (i'm off to read that old thread)

Pitty the guy who made the original RS2 inlet didn't see this thread and think 'hmmmm I could make a batch and clean up just before Christmas' lol plenty of people would buy them judging by what they fetch 2nd hand and how sought after they are.
Had a similar problem on my missus Nissan wheel got really hot and threw a weight off causing it too go out of balance and wobble the steering wheel badly found it was a sticky caliper causing the wheel to get hot tried to free it off lasted about 2 weeks did the same ended up going Euro Car...
I jumped in my 335d one Friday night after the missus moaning that we never do anything (told her to pack a bag and we would go somewhere) jumped on the M6 and ended up in Edinburgh about 12:30 at night and nearly ended up sleeping in the car lol as it was a spur the moment thing I didnt think...
