Would love a play in one of the new turbo one's. I like having a big car for cruising and family days out it's just nice having loads of room always thought it would be a pain in the a**e but its great. no getting my seat kicked and no one moaning they're squashed in the back lol and 2 prams +...
Yeah VXR8 or as I tell most who ask a Holden Commodore lol just confuses people. I'm taking it too the EFi Rolling road day on Sunday hoping for around 600hp/600lb/ft wish I had the Auto sometimes but they're nowhere near as nice as any euro car's auto box lol
Tempted for a spare set lol I used Tyre leader for my last set of the older 888 only problem was delivery can either be quick or painfully slow lol almost thought I was gonna be getting ripped off and no tyres turning up last time, but they did eventually.
Lovely car welcome too the big v8 club haha I know the 'pain' at junctions with a supercharged 6.0 myself it's a struggle too pull off love the fact with these types of car you don't need to change down to overtake stuff and cruising is awesome haha mine's creeping up from around 13mpg getting...
Fuel I don't mind lol my daily does 13mpg lol get better hammering my clio round Oulton doesn't drop lower than 19mpg. Rev's dropping shouldn't bother me if I can get the hang of heel and tow.
Something else too add to the shipping list lol. Fancy one for my track car anything too help it rev a little bit more freely. What's the negatives too the lighter flywheel? Just a standard engine no boost or ITB (if anything would only ever end up on bodies)
Nice especially saving 4 grand lol I would have it detailed (paint protection) not at the dealer though a proper place, and the rest well its a holiday haha
Found a little spot/egg shape in the passenger wing (if you imagine directly under where the fuse box would be sat in the engine bay area) looks like it has been rubbing and also bent the bumper bracket out the way as that had also looked like it had a slight rub on it, Gonna put gaffer tape...
Thanks for the info @JamesBryan I was surprised too @MarkX I think I have done maybe 3 days on these pads and I only run normal Brembo HC disc's not the grooved MAX one's as i suspect they would be going down quicker lol but i'm not too heavy on the brakes (i don't think anyway) and it's always...
Cheers, I think I'll have a spare set soon just too keep in the van anyway so I'll run them down as low as I can before I swap them out. Fancied trying the DS1.11 or DS3000 next but it's one of them I'm used to the RC6 now and if it ain't broken don't fix it lol.
Is there a minimum recommended to change over to new pads I was just wondering ad my CL RC6 are about half worn (can't remember exactly how much was on them new but look about half maybe a little more) and was wondering how low before they should be changed. I changed my last set as I had a...
Cool sounds good guess I'll pop over and say hello and have a look at some of the cars. Might see if @Josh is going over too see what it's like seems as he's gonna be a #racecardriver next year. You going over Josh.
Don't suppose you get into the pits and are able too check the cars out or is it a closed pits and you can only spectate as you would with a normal event as opposed to a track day where you can wonder round and say hello to people.
@oilman should be able too answer your question best. Although if it's a standard road car I don't see a problem with using the recommended Elf stuff. I use the Fusch titan race stuff in my track 172 that was recommended by Oil Man but I change my oil fairly regular myself anyway being mainly a...
What would you recommend for a ring trip? If I was going to drive there have a day or two on track and drive home. If not I'll trailer it and stick my spare sets of wheels in the van and just use what suits the weather when I'm there. Was just thinking of using my PS3 as they're a decent road...
Lol I'm bored lately and looking at all sorts, these look good but jeeeze £40k is a tad pricey.

Had too do this today as mine is rubbing on passenger side I thought the suspension was bottoming out. Bent the bracket out the way and also looks directly under where the fuse box is there is a little dimple that looks like the tyre had rubbed it a few time so hoping that's my rubbing issue and...
