Some LEDS will do that (stay lit but very dim when 'OFF') however the ones I bought don't! Here is a link to the Osram LEDs I bought (Osram LED 6000K Cool White W5W (501) Wedge 12V 1W Led Bulbs Long Life 2850CW-02B)
Did you try a standard halogen bulb again to ensure it works for the different settings? If a halogen bulb works, I'm going to suggest its poor quality LED bulbs at fault.
I use Osram LED 6000k Cool White w5w and they work perfectly.
Hi guys,
Has anyone any experience ordering the Renault anthracite wheel paints the above company supplies?
http://www.wheelpaints.co.uk/Car-Manufacturers-Colours/Renault/
They offer the following:
Renault Clio 182 Sports Grey Metallic
Renault 250110 (182 cup official colour)
Get your local exhaust workshop to do the below. Remove the olive joint all together for a large bore. (original link - http://www.pure-motorsport.co.uk/details.php?itemid=252&model=6)
I'm still stuck between which colour to go for, continuing to look at other BG owners photos on here for help
I intend to call in with the local wheel refurbishment workshop this weekend to check out their shades of anthracite on their display alloys.
Intend to get the Speedline Turinis refurbished as their finish isn't up to my standards so will be going for either anthracite or silver, slightly swayed towards the former but the latter looks so fresh!
What do you guys think? My local wheel shops can't do/get the original Cup Anthracite...
Assume you meant to say light shade of anthracite [emoji1] I've recently just got turinis and will be looking into refurbishing them though my painter only uses solvent based paints so can't do the original Renault anthracite which is water based.
Forgot to recommend a VW Up aerial is awesome. Avoid the really short aerials like the popular Citroën one guys on here get, it doesn't pick up our local radio stations whereas the Up unit does very well.
Welcome mate! Great to see another Northern Ireland member.
I knew of two guys from Lurgan area that owned this 172.
Yellow fogs would be the first thing I'd remove, looks incredibly tacky.
I've never had any issues with a 3/4 front plate by the way so highly recommend it [emoji106]

Prior to the New Year during the summer months I had @Ady182 (n2grafix) make me up an "RS182FF" sticker after seeing another member with it. Cool OEM style touch :grinning:
Next the engine and gearbox oils were refreshed with Elf 5W-40 and Elf Tranself NFJ 75W-80 respectively with...
Super pleased you've got a thread up of this car! Amazing amount of work went into it, an inspiration for my own BG :grinning: Need to get my arse into gear and update my project thread, have done a pile of things since last update of it!
I recently fitted 10mm rear axle spacers and 15mm up...
