    1.5 negative isn't a huge amount! It should give a sharper turn in. there should be no uneven tyre wear if its tracked up correctly. Make sure your tyre pressures are correct before getting the tracking done too.

    setttings are always a personnel preference. are you keeping O.E top mounts? I would start with 1.5 degrees of negative camber and see how that feels.

    The rear is fixed, no adjustment can do be done (without fitting shims etc.)

    I am in the same position as you, been with o2 ISP from day 1, always had 18-20mb/s speed. will see what happens now Sky are in charge.

    Yes, you could quite easily be routed through the incorrect exchange for your area. Speedtest.net does not check speed / response time from your local exchange either, it could be any.
