A Thief's End is number 4 - they just all have sub-titles. Would highly recommend playing them all! 1: Drake's Fortune, 2: Among Thieves, 3: Drake's Deception. I think there were a couple that came out on PSP as well although not sure if they're any good...
Partly because the closest to a matching part number happened to be one in the US and partly because it was $99 all in (~£68) whereas pretty much all the UK sellers wanted at least £100 and some of them a lot more. Worth the longer wait for shipping imo, just hope it works now!
True...
Yes it's all good still thanks Mark. Only achieving 51mpg at the moment but that must be the way I'm driving it. Still better economy than the clio and it's nice and comfortable on the commute so all is well. Heated seats are a Godsend! Have a new CD changer unit on the way from the US so will...
Only just seen the tag as I've had a nice day of building flat pack furniture! The washer blanks, induction and inlet mani are looking fantastic Mark. Was really sad to let this car go but I'm going to really enjoy keeping up to date with your progress on here, just from what I've seen already...
The 3 I bought from the other seller didn't have the marks present in their pictures and they turned out to be genuine. I guess some sellers just use generic pictures instead of pictures of the actual items. I agree it's a risk though and I probably got lucky. £24.99 still seems like a decent...
That seller seems to have sold out of them now. Did see some others from a different seller for even cheaper that are claimed as genuine. Maybe check those out: http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=281919121405&alt=web.
No marks on the plug section in the pictures but there weren't on...
Thanks for the kind words Mark. Great to meet you today. Shame it was probably the worst day of the year weather wise but happy we could come to a deal that suited us both and happy the clio is going to someone who will clearly look after it!
I always thought the rules were that the airbag can be removed and you just get an advisory but if the warning light is on it's a failure. My MOT is due in May/June so will soon find out!
Yeah I'm not happy with the car already. Just from driving it today, I'm sure this new pump is whining even more than the one it replaced! :weary:
@Dan@SJM would you please be able to pm me a quote for the job to be done by you with a genuine part? Where does a customer stand in terms of the...

Cheers, i've used Dan before for a timing adjustment and his service was spot on. Will strongly consider him for anything else going forward that might be a bit specialist.
Luckily I've not had any leaks, just the failing pump and this pressure issue. Resolved now, turned out to be air in...
Cheers for the reply. Yes new pump is on. I guess it's worth mentioning it's not technically a genuine Renault part. The one he ordered from Renault didn't have the section that the pulley for the aux belt bolts on to (no idea what it's called) and he wasn't able to remove that section from my...
Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure the fluid has ever been changed but I did another track day late last year where I pushed the car quite hard and there were no issues at all. It seems strange that the fluid would boil in the same scenario a few months later when it wasn't pushed as hard -...
Hi All,
Any help on the following would be greatly appreciated!
The power steering on my car has always been very heavy which I thought was normal. However I did a track day recently and after being out for any more than a lap or two, the power steering pump started making a very loud whining...
Had the pleasure of seeing this car in person a few months ago and it was mint  Did a swap deal for Rowly's turinis so you have my old cup pack wheels lol.
CLIP is renault's diagnostic software. If you've replaced everything else it's probably going to be an injector even if they look ok. Mine has gone through 2 in 9 months. Similar mileage to you at 104k and no evidence that they'd ever been replaced in the past. You can pick genuine ones up on...
Another place to check is the connector itself. Unscrew and remove the rear light cluster and check the pins for corrosion. You may need to clean them off with some sandpaper and use contact spray to get a better connection. I had to bend the pins on mine also to completely solve the issue (all...
I've not removed one from a cup spoiler but on the standard one the brake light is held from the back in by 2 hex screws which you need to remove the spoiler to get to. There are 2 screws in the middle and 2 at either side to remove the spoiler.
