Fixed! New injector all sorted. Ran some liquid moly through yesterday. First turn of the key this morning and no problems.

Do some live data runs. Fuel pressure at cranking speed ( should be bettween 290/300bar ) Then do a leak down test on the injectors. Sounds to me like injector/s getting stuck open. Check the egr isn't blocked? If that gets stuck open it will not start without help you can run a dci...
