high oil pressures at idle if your not careful = bad

with the oil pressure issues at high revs i would be using a good ester based synthetic, 5w-40 or a 10w-40

most of the bad reviews were for soft compounds iirc

The 197 cranks are a little lighter iirc about 1.5kg rings a bell
