If you are going to change it, only replace it with a standard item, the eBay ones are very nice looking with a great shine to them, they are a very bad fit

I would use the 182 manifold no real gain just easier to de cat ect
If you have the budget maybe a lightened flywheel too
I would go as big as you can get away with, as boost will create heat

The inlet manifold is not really a restriction up too silly power 350+ or so
So unless your going all out power hunting or get a cheap one don't bother
But then I am doing it just to see what it does
