New flywheel bolts come with the locktite already on iirc
Don't re-use flywheel bolts buy new for about £20
Not something you would want failing at 7000 rpm
Started on the exhaust today, original plan was to get it coated at camcoat or zircotec but managed to get some heat wrap free through work so thought I would give it a try
I am now itchy as fk will try finish it off later
You would need a rotrex c30-94 for about 260 bhp
Have a look through my project thread few bits of info in there
Ref mapping if your fitting adaptronics it is worth taking the trip to see Chris at efi it's a trek but there is no better IMO
Do you have a Pic of where yours is located James ?
I was going to look at making a bracket to replace the carbon canister and have it down level with inlet
Thanks Danny, I have pretty much all your pics been very handy at times
I have read through all of them none of them mention the torque setting for the 2 retaining bolts for the housing
So had a fairly productive week last week, managed to get all my exhaust studs In and tightened
Then fitted my charger to find out it was 120 degrees of rotation out
Looks ok but is actually upside down
View from top
So after some in depth reading I found the housing was user adjustable...
Few examples of 422s making close to 240 hp

Yeah k tec brackets are not the best designed tbh, I have also made a few of those in steel too as they fracture far too easy and at some points there is a very small slither of aluminium particularly around some of the bolt holes
I have the mounts all made and am selling them as a kit
So bar that for low boost, Megan injectors and spark plugs, intercooler set up, decent filter set up, a megane keywayd crank pulley and a good mapper that's all I can think of at the moment
Also reading through that advert, it comes across he does not really know much about it
So IMO has paid up to ktec to fit/map the kit, and as dannyR said is probably breathing oil heavy, probably took back to ktec and quoted 2k+ for a rebuild
So selling it up trying to get rid asap
not to sure on what the detrimental effects would be tbh, but they are rather sensitive to a degree here or a degree there when it comes to engine timing
so get it spot on imo or you could loose a fair chunk of power
iirc the exhaust cam is retarded by about 5 degrees on the 438's
so you could possibly use the group n timing tools exhaust side as a guide as that is around 4 degrees retarded but 7 degrees advanced on inlet
