Switch Lighting to Min and Tilt Shift to Low, it makes a huge difference to the performance.

I think this is a bug, rain is supposed to replenish the water table, but it isn't. You can plop a Pumping Station next to a Sewage Treatment Plant (because the Treatment Plant releases clean water back into the table)

I've been able to invite Dan Freeman to the region so far, I've sent a few friends requests and accepted quite a few, but nobody appears to have access to Euro West 5 yet as I'm not getting any friends aside from Dan in the invite box.

If my experience on another forum is anything to go by it's not worth us attempting a region yet, the chances of us all having access to the same server are almost non existent considering it prioritises people who already have a city on each server...

Bootcamp is a proper native install of Windows (hence why it takes a reboot to switch), Parallels is essentially a virtual copy of Windows. As far as I understand it Bootcamp is therefore significantly quicker and more reliable for gaming.

I think the game is about 12gb, so I'd be surprised if it was all on the disc. When buying the digital version the 'install' is about 250mb, then the game launches and immediately starts downloading all the rest.

Running brilliantly on Medium settings on my 2011 Mac Mini via Bootcamp. Really enjoying the game, expanding existing buildings is so satisfying, although my OCD nature is not sitting well with the fact there is no clean way of dealing with rubbish anymore.
