Hi, my name is Rob. I have a Liquid yellow 182, take it on track often blah blah blah.
Recently gone past 5 years of trade following 3 years of study in automotive repair and after being treated awfully by my previous employer and him physically threatening me (long story) I have walked away...
I then used the 1155's for 2-3 weeks on the road... Which was horrible.
After being exposed to such high temperatures the pads change characteristics, its honestly like having no brakes at all until they are very hot. So I currently run 1144's on the road.
Next track day is 25/08/15 - Oulton...

Oulton park, 31/03/15.
The car was again faultless, ran 1155 pads on the front with HC discs and new OE rear disc/pads from brembo. First time out on the Sachs suspension/eibach springs. the Sachs in standard form...
A few minor changes.
Fitted a new Milltek de-res center pipe, its now louder but not as loud as a decat res Milltek.
Borrowed some turini's for a week, now I'm pretty settled that I must buy turini's as daily wheels.

Some updates and an Oulton Park round-up.
Oulton, 2nd Feb 2015.
weather was excellent and track temps were quite high, took the clio out as it was. Couldn't do more than 2 laps at a time as the standard fluid and pads were well gone by then. Replaced the fluid with DOT 4.5 Castrol Race and...
You're meant to remove the battery terminals for 1 hour prior to changing the bulb.
However, in a busy garage this is something ive never done, i just get on and change them.
Ok, got some bits done today.
Rear ARB is fitted on the soft setting to start with as I dont want to upset the suspension anymore than it already is. Need a good set of springs asap.
Now, everyone says you can't fit an update list radio to a tuner list car. Watch me.
