Popped Circlip. I have rear the Circlip can be reseated but will probably pop off again. Most often it requires a box rebuild...

When pulling the sides off. Undo the clips and bolt. When pulling off, pull down and towards you.

What are you concerns with EPAS ?

Can you block the one off to the tank as it's used as a breather ?

When you removed your carbon canister that you do with the 2 hoses and the plug ?

If you try starting it via the key does the engine just spin over really fast ?

CLIP in untrained hands is a recipe for disaster to be honest. Usually the cheap copies off eBay can do a lot of damage. Not something I would want to mess about with to be honest. Probably just better of buying a cheap code reader

I have removed several and they all seem to seize on that side. It's a bit off a ball ache with a proper tool so can't see much home without. Just spray it loads with fluid and hope for the best
