Sad... but to be fair, unless someone pulled the skirts off they wouldn't of known really?
It's 17 years old now, so it's bound to have the usual going through puberty spots and hero scars
What it really needs is a good set of parents to give it the start it deserves in life
Unfortunately...
"JESUS YOUR CARS LOUD !!!!!!!!"- Shouting at my window
"17 year olds wet dream hahahahahahahahahahahahaha"
"When are you putting flames and stripes on it"
Falls within the same category as "You can wash my car when you've finished hahaha" generic jokes
It's all those stupid plastic clips that annoy me the first time you do it!
I remember fitting a HID kit to the misses old 225, ridiculous access and took the whole front off. She didn't look happy...
I find Autoglym tar remover ok on just small normal tar / rubber spots but hopeless for anything else pal.
Can of brake cleaner has to be worth it for the price if it does work
Just don't WD40 your brakes lol
just undo the 13mm bolts on the caliper and secure it out the way, then undo the carrier bolts and swap them and then whack the pads in the carriers and push the caliper over them and refit the 13mm nuts pal
Unsure how you did it before lol?
Lol at Daves Clio and the logo etc
Add tyre slick to the next list to do
Liking the clean arches. Need to see how mine have held up soon, bet they aren't white anymore :(
The money I spent on mine has almost turned it into a second car... I don't actually want to use it much now because of the work and money spent :(
Sad really that the stop gap car I bought to run around in whilst fixing up the Cup, has turned into my daily commuter
I think I...
Unsure if it matters a great deal, but you have the carriers around the wrong way mate.
Need to swap them from one side to another so they will be the other way up
Rest is all looking good though
I'm 30, but usually get mistaken for being younger or frowned upon when judges or the police pull into the work car park the same time as me. Speak to me in a stereotypical way, or sometimes not at all.
A lowered small hatchback with a stainless exhaust note and Recaros, sometimes theres a time...
Sometimes they clip in and need a wiggle and pulling straight and not at an angle, or some seems to come out by rotating the bulb holder a bit an pulling out straight.
This is on most cars i've come across anyway.
Just don't go breaking the headlamp by pulling the internals off the adjuster /...
Just be careful as people have ended up rounding the screws in the Cup ones doing them up too tight. Also too tonight and they sometimes split away and crack.
Common sense, just use a screwdriver adapter and do it hand tight. No ratchets or whatever.
Should take you no more than 15 minutes pal
