Undo the 21mm top mount nut with a buzz gun. Then it's as simple as eff.
Rears take literally 2 mins. Fronts, not much more if you have the proper toolz.
Depends entirely on how well you get on with your boss. Also, how handy you are with the spanners. I could share a car with a couple of mates no issues. with my boss, no chance.

I'd check the thermostat works.
Manually pump all the hoses with your hand and give it a few revs to try and get air moving about if it is.
Not difficult to bleed these really.

If you're on a stainless exhaust then most have an adjustment to fit both cats. No drama there.
