Ive got a K-Tec twin dump valve setup on my car, and they do sound superb - its not annoying in anyway, and the more boost i run the louder they are between gear changes, or just letting off the throttle......

Got lost a bit there with a few strange postings?!?!? Basically the RS is the same engine gearbox etc as the Audi TT, and to get 225 bhp, its just a simple change of chip - no joke! Theyre all 1.8 Turbos, just differnt chips etc to create different power. I think 0-60 is now around 6.5...

My Dad has had his car for around 3 months now, just done 3K Miles and hes had it chipped to 225 bhp, with a special Skoda performance exhaust system (apparently + 8 bhp) so now should be around 233 bhp, call it 230 for arguements sake. All i can say is - Watch out as this is something Skoda...

Yeah it would be easier to sell, but you could still get more for it if you found the right person, but if you want a quick sale, keep it standard!

Youd probably find it actually is a 2.9, a bit like the clio 16v, being a 1.7, but its rounded off to a 1.8, thats maybe their thinking anyway??

I personally wouldnt think it would really be worth any more then around £2695? Just thinking its 10 years old now, and no offence but is basically standard.
