The Milltek joins to the factory cat through a reducer, I believe its 2.5 inch to 2.25 inch, this is a sleeve join at the end of the centre section. The decat does away with this reducer and the cat, attaching directly to the manifold flange, and is the same size diameter as the rest of the exhaust.

Can you change the ballast and bulb to one from a HID kit? Obviously the correct bulb type and there might be a bit of wiring involved.

Yeah, Im between the Ktec 2.25, Ktec 2.5 or the RS192 if I can get one at the group buy price, its just whether that half inch is worth the 50 quid extra... at the moment Im thinking it isnt for a 100k car that I dont plan on tuning.

Hi everyone, Realistically is there much difference between 2.25" and 2.5" exhaust bores? Im after a new exhaust for my 182 quite urgently and the Ktec sports one looks tempting. Main use is a daily, want it to sound nice when Im giving it some, not that bothered about power increase.

Could you fit a hid kit to the OEM xenon headlights? They have projector lenses and if you have headlight washers shouldnt be an issue?
