Just goes to show when it goes wrong you need all the safety gear they keep forcing on us. Surprised they have not pushed for roll cages in road going yet.
Just been going through my videos from Anglesey so thought I'd share it here. The blob on the screen is a scatch on my case so will have to get a new one.
We are at Aintree tomorrow with 6/7 in my class and in 1b @JohnnyE .
Sounds ok then. You should be able to wind it back in also a tip is not to mess with the hand brake mechanism as I popped mine out of position and couldn't get it back together.
Fitted some new front discs today thanks to @George@RTR_Parts I paid at 5pm and they arrived next day at 9:30am which is superb service
Cars all ready for Saturday at Anglesey just got to load up tomorrow night with a few tools just in case then up at 5am :sleeping:

I am at Anglesey this weekend but only doing the saturday round, entries are very down with only 35 ish its either too early in the season or people looking for more runs/££
Dont take the fuses out as you interfere with brake balance front to rear, have a search on here. Cups have all the hard work such as brakes and no aircon etc but is cheaper to buy a 172 and strip it all out but can be time consuming.
Have a look at mine it could be for sale soon if I prefer my...
Sprints for time vs ££ is never good, I look at it as more of a car related day out with driving although the longer runs with double laps always have a big impact on runs. Most events at 3 sisters or Aintree we average 2 practice 4/6 timed runs.
Looks good although 3 runs is a bit low, we did Anglesey last year and only got 2 practice and 1 timed run which wasn't great either.
What are the regs as you mention not adjusting the rear dampers ?
I've been using this for the last few days as my 86 has been in for a cel problem and whilst it feels quicker off the mark than my 86 I must admit I much prefer the driving position and rwd fun of my 86.
Hopefully my next few sprints will swing it back to the cup but if not I will have to have a...
I had a free couple of hours this afternoon and thought I'd better make the most of it as the weather is turning wetter the next few days. So I fitted the mintex pads , near side 1st all done in 20 mins or so. Moved on to the offside and could not get the caliper back on as it was hitting part...
Agency are really good at what they do but can make mistakes like everyone else, the problem is it was over a year ago and then sold on.
Is the gear selector fitted correctly and it's definitely the box? give Agency a call I am sure they will be helpful.
