I has Ast's and removed the arb as my car was far too tail happy with it on. I can't remember the rates but they were 'kin stiff on the road lol

You only need a logbook for modprod/sports liber standard to modified are fine in road going.

Yes cams diffs different final drive ratios the list goes on but sadly so does the £££££ @bashracing i will pm so not to clog the tread up.

If your in road modified wipers,fogs radio etc have to stay and work. I also think battery relocation is a no as I think they had issues at Harewood at the beginning of this season @bashracing You can fit a race battery in the standard position anyway. Cheers

No idea but the Febi mounts have tightened up the engine massively over the old worn mounts, even felt like vibra ones for a while.

Very good comparison as you would have thought the top car would be quicker from the start than the standard car. I have found my standard cup is as quick as my modified car from a few years ago.l think that a fully refreshed car brings great results for little outlay compared to modified. Also...

You can pick up prereg ST3 at around £16300 absolute bargain and with a bit of tuning and a diff will be a very good car.
