from what I read last night it is both the car and the driver, so if the car is sold and then driver B is stopped their car can be seized even if it is the first time they have been pulled.
that's the thing the 3 cars in front of me were going just as fast, and it was dark and there wasn't any cars around he just caught me up from miles behind
cheers for the replies everyone I will ring 101 later and ask if anything was actually logged against me or my car!
so I got pulled by the police, I was doing 80mph down a dual carriageway which had about 3 other cars on and it about 9 o'clock at night.
he was very nice about it all but ended up giving me a warning and said if I'm stopped again my car is seized. I did my research and this is what I have...
I bought the car with konis suspension, springs and shocks. this being 30mm lower all around, handles great but I couldn't compare it to standard or coilovers! i love the ride it's gives! I think I will stick with 3 holes, with 4, the holes would be closer giving them less distance between each...

so I went to Anglesey this weekend for a nice ride out and to go camping! I had a great drive down with my friend who had 197. after parking up and going for a walk we set off and After a few minutes I noticed my brakes go a lot spongier and I heard a grinding noise, I stopped and got out to see...
my aerial seems to be stuck it won't undo, when I do try to the outer shell just twists!

any help would be much appreciated...

finally got around to starting my rear exhaust hangers, fitted my left one leaving my right one to do tomorrow night!
I used powerflex universal exhaust mounts and a 12mm drill bit, also holding them in place with metal cable ties.

this is great thanks for that! money isn't the issue I will happily fork out for ds2500s, when I did my research fast road use said mintex 1144s but now I have learnt my lesson! thanks a lot buddy
my pedal did feel normal which is why I originally question my brakes getting too hot! the heat of the brakes also transferring to the alloys! maybe my mintex just don't cut it and I need ferodo pads?
or maybe it's a mixture of all?
the brakes are being used a hell of a lot when I get fade...
