FYI - never cancel a DD until you are 100% that the company aren't going to call it.
Better to fight with a company and get the money for the DD back, than the bank and a company for charges etc.
If you're back at bath 3 nights a week and elsewhere the other 4, I would probably risk it.
If you're not in bath a few nights a week, then I wouldn't take the risk. It doesn't take much to prove you're not really living in bath.
Yeah, nothing worse than trudging around muddy grass, and getting cars on/off it.
Are people moaning about the venue? I thought it was decent for what was needed.
The social aspect is what made the day for me.
I like cars (obviously), but, and with the greatest respect to all involved, once you've seen one polished Clio, you've seen them all. There were some smart cars there, but I firmly went to meet some folk I've chatted to for years, and put some...
Yeah, need to make the most of your boot supply next time.
I've always had the worst hang overs in my life after camping. For exactly that reason.
Would it be possible to leave cars at the venue maybe? They had acres of car parking, then have dessy's to the camping spot, if not on site...
Done.
I agree with much of what Charlie said early doors in here.
I must say, event was very well run. Priced about right at a fiver IMO. although I don't know the costs for the whole day.
Camping on site would be good and bad, and can see why the club wouldn't want a load o piss heads with...
Same.
I had a free pass, but just didn't get round to using it. Was having a laugh outside.
Same as Luke, I didn't do a huge amount in the way of car show type activity.
Got bored of seeing people with cleaning products after 1 walk round, so stayed chatting b****cks instead.
For a venue...
Ha, I was coming to say hello at the end, but you were f**king about with a camera that looked like it was worth more than my car, so I let you crack on.
Ha, I came to say hello, but you were walking quicker than me. I was the at guy sat with the none Clio people at the back. I wasn't Scrooge's mate, fat dave.
Awesome effort from the admin et al at CS and a fantastic cause. Well done Dan, Luke, Tom, Jon, Brian (and others).
I'll be throwing a few quid in for tickets.
Yeah, i agree about the unnecessary steps, but it seems to be doing the trick.
Coding is long, lol.
As I say, I really don't want to get into the coding side of things because I really don't like having anything to do with it. It literally makes no sense to me.
Yeah, just hit record. Do exactly what you want it to do, start to finish and then stop recording and assign to a button.
I've stressed that if it breaks all I can do is do the same again, I won't be able to fix it, ha.
