That is now done - Can I get the info iTunes in preperation, or do I have to wait for my phone to arrive?
Ah, that may be useful. I have the contacts on Outlook 2007, which I don't use for anything else, so hopefully that will be the easiest way to deal with it.
Excellent. I'm still on my talk until you get brain cancer tarriff, so all is well.
Now, let the 'tard begin.
WTF do I do with my contacts? I'm on a Sony Erricson W995 which, iirc, I bought from Noah. If I sync it with my lap top, how do I get the contacts into iTunes?
Annoyingly, I'm gonna have to buy a bluetooth handsfree headset (I don't know if they have a proper name?).
Just want a cheap one which will pair with a very basic Nokia and a Sony Ericson.
Any recomendations?
Cheers.
Deeg.
To the OP, no one is tryingt o tell you what to do, but bare in mind, that the vast majority of people on here have been there and done that.
That includes either / or both of:
A - Paying huge sums of money to insure 'their' car.
B - Insured 'their' car, only to write it off. Usually just...
I wish I could just hard wire it.
There shoudl be no issue with access because of passwords etc, it seems to be the PS3 which isn't connecting / maintaing the connection. No clue why though?
I'm in there, but it's saying no access point is detected.
I'm on the net on my lap top, so I'm a bit confused as to why it won't pick up the wireless network?
This is going to sound incredibly dumb.
I set the Ps3 up to the wirseless network in my previous house, I remember doing it, but now I'm in my new house with new wireless network, I can't for the life of me find how to connect to it.
I'm sure I just selected it from a list last time, but I...
Ha, we do need to get out on the piss.
I'm on a 2 day bender starting on Thursday with my mate who's a sparky and has all of December off. His wife's only request is that he doesn't go to a t1tty bar. If we're not in a t1tty bar by half 7, I will be very surprised.
I was walked back to a...
Lol, have you ever met a lady who has been entertained by home cinema systems?
It's mainly so I can watch p**n on a big telly instead of my lap top while I'm sitting in my pants, eating roast beef monster munch and crying into my newly opened box of Kleenex.
As for meeting new ladies, where...
Well, I went down there and had a chat with them.
Set my budget with them, as in the OP, walked out with the TV above, and then Onkyo receiver and speakers. All done within about 30 minutes. Was probably the easiest customer that day, lol.
5.1 audi over the HDMI, can use the PS3 as a DVD...
As I'm sure Revels will confirm, I am a complete techno n00b, so if you do start talking tech, please bare that in mind, and talk to me as if you're training a labrador to sit, as opposed to going massively geeky, if at all possible.
What are people’s thoughts on this AV set up?
System 1 from Richer Sounds.

I know it’s not going to be the best set up in the world, but it will be in a reasonably small room, so don’t really need anything bigger than a 32” TV. I can...
I just read my reply back, that wasn't meant to sound as dick head-ish as it did.
Innit, I'm praying for an Indian contact centre so I can understand someone.

I know this is CS, but you're a useful bunch for most things. So I'll give it a go.
I have an 04 Focus with the following standard stereo installed:
What I want to do, is keep the standard double din and not have a face off unit, but be able to get an ipod link.
So is it possible to...
Think I got it sorted in the end.
Although for some reason, it added a couple of albums twice when there aren't 2 versions of the album saved in the file.
Any ideas as to why? I hope it doesn't start fcuking up. I've got on OK with iTunes up until now, despite it being seriously...
I've just moved all my music into the iTunes folder. Now how do I get iTunes to pick it up?
I'm on windows obviously. I just copied and pasted into the music folder, which I'm sure is what I did last time I did this, but I can't seem to find / remember what I did.
Anyone help an utter 'tard?
