Hmmm, been to the powdercoater's today. Think I might stick with white. Gunna be a nightmare to keep clean though, especially with DS2500's. Hopefully a coat of Gtechniq C5 on the wheels should seal them nicely.
Hullavington Airfield is like 7 miles from Castle Combe Circuit. Would be handy if we lived in that neck of the woods, but it's about 204 miles and 3 hours 51 mins to Castle Combe from Helston according to Google Maps :dapprove:
Think these are the closest we've got too!
Fancy a blast round...
Come on boys, don't be shy, get them out. I wanna see your Willies.
I'm talking about Williams Speedline wheels. Dirty b*****ds.
I recently acquired a set of white Willy Speedlines, and I'm due to get them refurbed and powdercoated. They're currently white on a Titanium Silver Ph1...
Think I'll take the Clio to Pure Motorsport then, seeing as they are only about an hour away from me.
I'd take it to Dan if he were closer, but he's about 3.5 hours away.
Cheers for the help guys, just wanted to know if Pure Mortorsport's work was as good as their products!
Best book the...
As above really, looking to get the belts and dephaser done on the Ph1. Has anyone had them done at PMS before? Or any other recommendations?
I was thinking of taking the Clio up to Danlp6, but it's a fair treck from Helston. Pure Motorsports would be a lot closer for me.
Cheers!
Awesome scenery, can't beat Scotland for that.
I drive from Helston, Cornwall to Dundee. That's a good 617 miles for me!
That breakfast looks immense! Not had Lorne sausage for years! Hope you tried some haggis!
When I got my 182 I got the colour I wanted, RB. Was the only colour I would have it in.
And I wasn't too fussed about the Ph1. I got Titanium Silver, which I'm happy with. But I do like Sunflower Yellow and Flame Red Ph1's.
Lovely car Rhauri! I'm sure I saw you a while back in Southport, at the roundabout at the far end of Lord St heading towards Morrisons. Well it was a Ph2 Flamer, never seen one in Southport before. Will have to keep my eyes peeled next time I'm home!
