There is sum adjustment in the price if the Cades wheels and MOMO are not wanted
thanks for looking
Steve
What clutches can anyone recommend? As mine dose slip now if giving it the beans in 5th
Was thinking paddle plate with standard cover, anyone done this?
If somebody dose have high boost clio near me, I'd love a blast in one see how it copes with the power, mite change my mind and go high boost in the future myself
Well IMO it is unless your fitting a diff, but can't really see much point in that for the road
If its track car then yeah high boost
If it's road car low boost, save a bit of money and just enjoy it
I've have big turbo, hi boost cars before and there's just little point for the road
I think...
It's good mate, like I said I feel anymore is just a waste on the road! (Oh s**t forgot shouldn't say that as your not aloud to have an opinion on CS) just wish I did it in the first place and saved money
Yeah that was me, goes very well indeed! I don't think there's any point in going for the high boost kit I almost did but so glad I didn't, any more power is just a waste/not needed in a road car as you just can't put it down!
I had low boost kit from ED picked it up last Saturday it's just ace, love driving it even after 3 + hours drive home still went out for a drive. is your a 172 cup? If so were you there last Saturday?
I was going to try it but turbo kit on standard manifold is tired and test so I know what to expect, went for Engine Dynamics 230 kit got 237 bhp and 232 pound ft of torque, it's just unreal how it drives should have done it ages ago!
Plus hopefully get a bit of money back on the inlet, will be...
Good result!
My inlets for sale now hopefully some one will want it now lol
I always liked the way it drove when I had it fitted the throttle respones was maga and pulled very well low down
That's exactly what mike said to me, I just can't see this inlet flowing less than the OEM setup
Trust me mate when you do fit it, it will feel loads quicker the response is instant, you can be in 3rd gear at 20mph put your foot down and it feels like your in 2nd gear!
Honestly if I'd have not...
If the car was slightly rich before and still slightly rich after fitting the manifold so it's making no difference at all?
But when mapping the timing would come in to play too
Mike at Mikeanics said if he had the software and was able to map it, he's sure it would making a little bit more power
Also just want to ask if the rs2 inlet was fitted and not mapped can't see it making power! Any one have any figures ?
My car made pretty good power before I fitted the manifold so Really I shouldn't have expected much more
But I will say It again it's NOT MAPPED to suit
I'm only basically 1...
It was running slightly rich before rstuner overrun map I don't have any figures for the afr but I remember mike saying it was slightly rich
Also I sorted the s**t fitting fittings at the bottom of the manifold before fitting
Sound is good, yeah mapping would be better but there's little point just for a month to wait, at least I know the fuelling is safe till then
Really can't wait to get the cams in now
