If anyone got any pics of mine on track let me know, silver ph1 with holes in the front number and probably had my xenons on! Reg Y284 JMJ. Cheers [emoji106]
Pretty much yea!
Still lift up reverse. Can't remember exactly how as it's been a few years but it's designed to work without the use of a cable.
Mine worked with lift reverse and off the top of my head I can't remember modding anything but as I say it was a few years back so I may well have...
I had one. Functionally they are ok-ish. However the long shaft is held onto the ball joint part with just glue. In my case the glue failed instantly allowing the shaft to drop through and out of the bottom! It then rubbed on the heat shield and made the drive home quite difficult... It's also...
Yea I would say 120 would be fine for them could do them a little tighter if you like wont hurt. Check them after a few hundred miles just to be sure.
If your really concerned use this table...

Ah sweet that's good to know. My mate has now given me his old FIA battery cut off switch so going to wire that in just need to find somewhere to mount it!
The garage does have a window and I do actually have a solar trickle charger, but I read about them damaging AGM type batteries because they supply the wrong voltage and current?
Thanks Tom, I'll see how much power it's taking although I don't actually lock the car or set the alarm. It's just the immobiliser that has to be disarmed each time I start it (it's a sigma alarm).
I thought about fitting a normal battery, and agree with you I'm not too bothered about the...
Hi all,
As title. I have a ph1 172 track car which has an odyssey race battery. I don't use the car very often so every time I go to start it the battery is flat. I assume that it's being drained by the clock, immobiliser etc.
I want to fit a battery cut off switch, as its a bit of a pain...
Thanks, only trouble with the larger one was that it overhung the cut out which really annoys me! I do love the seats, probably one of my favourite things about the car tbh!
Thanks for the advice, one of my friends told me to get a different lens too so will look into it! Yea I need to find a better location just didn't have much time as it was late in the evening so was losing light!
Cheers :)
Tbf I didn't wait, wasn't even planning on getting one but my neighbour had owned it since it was 8 months old and I've admired it since he had it, then one day he told me he was selling it as he needed a diesel for work so I said I would take it!
The seats are fantastic, much better...
Thanks, you won't go wrong it you do get one!
Well I've already had the mid box chopped, sound much better and get some nice pops and bangs! I'll get a video soon with the gopro.
Got bored at work the other nice and ordered some H&R lowering springs as they sit far too high as standard...
Thanks mate :)
Yea the spec is brilliant. Not sure what the original spec list was like but it's got practically everything other than Xenons and the upgraded speakers.
Sweet I'll give Flickr a try :)
And yes it is a brodit. Expensive but by far the best phone holder I've ever used, no cutting or drilling etc and looks great with it being flocked!
