It can be down to a faulty coolant temp sensor I believe, but generally they all take quite a while anyway regardless of the cts condition. Won't hurt to do a full coolant, thermostat and sensor change though whether that's the problem or not.
You had it switched off at Dynodaze as well though when you were parked up. You could always book an appointment with mick at diamond motors to have the timing checked if your concerned.
with regards to yours, I'd start with coolant, stat, temp sensor, and expansion tank if you want a new one. Then I'd get it rolling roaded but take it for a quick drive beforehand an make sure it's getting to the 7.2k rev limit and see what result you get from that. Also might be worth posting...
Hi mate, yea Dynodaze used to be a lot more chilled but they just seem to rush these days and not really care and just try and cram in as much as they can and then go home!
that girl had some problem she was on medication for it not sure what though!

Yea they usually take photos and put them on Facebook. Sometimes they do videos. They used to have a wall inside the unit where they printed off a photo and laminated it and put it up when a car went on the dyno but I think they stopped doing that.
Should be plenty of info on the forum, but basically the more revs the more strain is put on rods and rod bolts and on these engines it tends to be the bolts that will go first (from what I've read). These are just stronger ones. Not saying yours will go but it's just added protection.
Buy some silicone hose and relocate your air filter behind your headlamp, it's just going to be sucking in hot air there!

other things you could do would be RS upper grille, xenon headlamps as said above, maybe lower it a little and get a cup spoiler? Depends how far you want to go...
Yea I meant ph2 or 200 as he has both.. Here's some links

ebay is cheaper, but personally I would call larkspeed because they do price match and have very good customer service in my experience, and also offer lifetime...
Haha, the TT is nice to drive but the clio is faster and more fun!
the list was in no particular order :p I've actually bought some performance friction 97 brake pads already!
Thanks for all the replies.
Spoken to PMS this morning, they said it shouldn't be an issue as long as 2 of the bolts are fully in the body of the turret because once the strut brace is tightened to the top mount it will clamp around the metal all of the way around anyway and won't be able to...
Exactly what I was thinking. Don't fancy having 3 extra holes doing nothing but if they could send it un drilled that could be an option. Either that or no strut brace!
The ones that bolt to the turrets don't actually do anything but supposedly the pms ones do. I did consider cutting it flush and welding a plate on then making a new hole in it but then it would need painting too and could look a mess!
So I'm looking at getting the pure motorsport top mount and strut brace package, but I'm concerned that I won't be able to fit them correctly because my suspension turrets have been modified (by Renault I believe?)
here are some photos of what I mean..
could anyone help advise me whether...
