That was a good laugh. You cannot appreciate how much food there is unless you have a go at the challenge. I can't believe how well James did. My stomach hurts. I feel tired but way too full to sleep (and I didn't eat that much) My thoughts are with James...he's gonna feel the after effects bad!
You'd have to get load resistors for leds. Cos the indicator works on the bulbs goin out for the timing (or something like that). Not sure exactly but it's summat along those lines. That why they flash fast when a bulb is gone.
The first link is the one you want. I bought mine from there when I had my 182. Scorpion wouldn't sell me one direct as they said it was an agreement with Yates and Bloomfield...and Scorpion is just up the road from me! Great exhaust, sounds and looks great. I miss mine. There's several people's...
Spotted just pulling out of the junction for the car park for Aldi, Iceland, £stretcher and b&q on Nottingham Road, Somercotes. You definitely noticed me goin past.
I see this most days between 1 and 2pm when I'm on my lunch, going along high street. It's got blue wheels and I'm sure there's a CS.net sticker in the back window.
I'm pretty sure it's tracking that causes the uneven tyre wear. When you get some new tyres, you can check if it's doing it again by running your hand round the inside edge of the tread. It'll start to feel really rough one way that you run your hand if the tracking is out again. If I remember...
Nice shot of the mast thingy... and the lambs. Oh and the cars look great too. I'm liking Liquid Yellow more by the day. Another vote for the R27 me thinks ;-)
I had the same blowing exhaust on my 182. I bought the kit from Renault though which worked fine. You could try some silicone. I doubt the liquid (which could be water from condensation, maybe petrol if you've been giving it the beans) will damage the CAT. Obviously there's not supposed to be a...
Does anyone know what's causing this on the video? As you'll be able to hear, there's a klunk/knock from the steering when moved back and forth. It sounds to me like something's wrong with the steering lock. I've taken the covers off but can't seem to get at the lock or anything (I was gonna...
Thanks a lot for the advice guys. I really appreciate it. I suppose I better collect some new pins then just in case. I'm hoping they'll come out ok as there doesn't appear to be any corrosion (on the side you can see with the wheel on at least...lol) The bloke at the m.o.t garage seemed to...
Well the 197 failed it's mot today :-( warped o/s front disc! Ordered some Brembo discs and some Pagid pads. Couldn't find any Brembo pads to fit. £115 in total which I didn't think was too bad. Was gonna be £210 or so for the bits from Renault. Hopefully they'll be ok. Fingers crossed. Car's...
Maybe. I'll get a better look at the plate next time I spot it. The plate couldn't be exactly what I put if it is this one as 10 would make it too new. I'll keep my eye out.
I think they all do the bog down when pulling away that you mentioned. My 197 does it. Floor it under 2000 k and you'll think you've got 20 bhp nevermind 200! You just have to give it a few more revs when pulling out of junctions. I must admit it alarms you a bit when you pull out and it won't...
It's an age related thing. You can have expensive tyres and they'll go like that after 4 or 5 years. It'll tell you when the tyre was made on the wall. Four numbers together in a little box. E.g. 3706 etc. That'd be made in the 37th week of 2006. I've heard you're not really supposed to keep...
Spotted yesterday at about 8:30 am at Ripley a38 roundabout. Plate was something like CL 10 ALO or CL 11 ALO I think. I was just comin off the roundabout headin in to Ripley and you were comin on to the roundabout. You definitely saw me as you had a good stare ;-) The GT looked a lot like a 200...
Spotted twice today. 9:30 ish in Pinxton and then at 5:00 on king street Alfreton. I was second car back in Pinxton and then you went up King Street as I was goin down in my Albi 197.
Oops. That's me :-) I saw you on Abbott Road on your way to the a38 on Sunday on my way back from this meet. I'll flash my lights next time I see ya then.
