Not sure exactly what you mean but.. if all you're after is something to make the sensor contact properly with the windscreen, then all you need is some hair gel. I did this on my first Clio. It'd had a new windscreen and the sensor wasn't stuck back on right. I used "No Nails" permanent strips...

Try heating the stickers up with your Mrs's hair dryer. It'll soften the glue and hopefully you'll be able to get them off easily enough. Don't go too mad the heat tho.
