I know very hard to believe that this standard of work can be taken out in this day and age, but sadly it has!
I'm sure it was laughing followed by crying, maybe he will move on to German cars now 😂
Anyway some good news is new bits fitted:
Adaptronic 420D ECU
Adaptronic coil pack...
There's some shocking things
Clutch cable melted due to poor heat shielding!
No auxiliary belt idler and loose tensioner bolt.
Kinks in cooling pipes.
Valeo clutch when paid for an organic!!
182 box replaced with a 172 box with damaged casing.
Spring found in oil filter!
Crank seal covered in...
@Ade182 Yeh mate it's that company, have a big list off things that were done s**t. and a yes to the Adaptronic too can't wait to use cruise control :) Andy has committed a lot of time and hard work to making sure my car is how it should be, how he hasn't given up and sent it back I don't know...
Glad it's back and how you wanted it. I'm in awe you have the O2M with diff! Knowing if I went to Andy in the first place I could of had that too [emoji15] you anything else on the horizon or just enjoy it as it is?
I run the older GT25, not sure if there's a second part to the model as it was just sold as GT25. See mines only capable of 270bhp, but I thought yours was capable of 310bhp hence why I expected a bigger surge of boost once it had spooled.
I'm 273bhp and 272lbft, so could be in torque why my...
Tom I want saying it's slow in a sense of 0-60, but kind of expected yours to accelerate harder than mine due to being a slightly bigger turbo. But your power deliver seems very smooth and mine wasn't as so.
I thought it looked a tad slow, but as you say feels quicker in the car. would 23lbft of torque make that much of a difference?
Looks really good cleaned up Tom, and the wheels look mint against the paint. Bet your chuffed its all sorted, can't wait to get mine back miss the noise
Looks like a nice clean example. do you happen to know what ET your turini's are? I have a set to go on but was hoping to get away without the use of spacers.
Saw you a few times on the east lancs in the BG, haven't noticed the RB yet.
Yeh just wish I made the trip to see Andy first time, money would have gone a lot further! Not going to moan, I know Andy will do a brilliant job [emoji106]
Cheers Andy [emoji5]️
Thanks Davo, plowed that much money into it I really couldn't give up. Felt sick when I saw the big scratch but...

Hi Rhys, look forward to seeing you get a few meets organised. Me and @smiffyboy tend to meet up at perfectdetailing uk, we met @Paul.M there too!
Bit late but there's one tonight at 7:00pm, though there's usually one on last Thursday of every month.
I've never been able to make the papermill...
 I thought I had a bad experience, Really sorry to hear what happened.
Fingers crossed for you getting it all back up and running, Most would have certainly given up. Good luck
Definitely a pleasant surprise! For the first time last night I gauged the performance of mine against other cars, as at the lights on the east lancs I was greeted by a mondeo ST and a Audi A3 2.0 TFSI. I wouldn't usually go for it but I looked at the mondeo and the passenger is telling me their...
