    Cliché car park photos!

Your old 182 was pretty much what I've been using as inspiration for mine, even down to the Milltek with the removed centre silencer :)

    Cliché car park photos!

It's alright, it can be when you know something big is about to happen, like rings being exhanged, or the first kiss, for example.

    Cliché car park photos!

Fortunately my hobby pays for itself as I do wedding photography on the side :)

    Cliché car park photos!

As a few people have pointed out, I use a Canon 5D Mark II, which is very good in low light. I processed all of these in Adobe Lightroom, although usually I use a mix of Lightroom and Photoshop, I just did it all in Lightroom because I was in a bit of a rush. A mentioned previously for all of...

    Cliché car park photos!

Thanks dude. I generally just shoot in Av mode for stuff like this, so ranging from F2 to F4ish, ISO 2000 for most of them I think. All ambient light. I tried using some flashes but it wasn't really working out for me. I'm used to using off camera lighting with people, not cars, so I just...

    Cliché car park photos!

I had to hang around in town today whilst my girlfriend was at a rehearsal for something, so I went to a car park and took some photos. Sorry there's quite a few, I got carried away.

That is a seriously shiny Clio! Good work! I wish I had a machine polisher!

    My 182 after a 6 hour clean!

Thanks all. Yeah I'm really happy, just wish I'd had a DA polisher as well. For the person that asked, I used a Canon 5D Mark II, Canon 35L and Canon 135L.

Had a go wet sanding some scratches...

Good work! By the way, I think the word you're looking for is 'eejit', not 'egypt' :p

    My 182 after a 6 hour clean!

Thanks everyone :) I really need to get around to doing some properly lit photos. These were just using ambient light, so I'd like to try some with some off camera flash. Naturally my first thoughts for that is a car park, even though it's been done to death! I've just popped outside and...

second hand coilovers, should i be cautious ?

As long as you pay cash on collection you can at least check them before handing your money over. Buying anything second hand is always a risk if you don't see the item before hand, even then you can still get stung.

    Problem with adjustable ARB

Due to the bent bracket I think the purple bushes have been crushed a bit. Is this a problem? Where can I get some more? Thanks

    Hard as nails: S2000

That blue one looks awesome!!! I think standard S2000s look a bit plain and boring, but with some subtle mods they can look awesome!

Whiteline ARB and Sportlines VS Ktec Coilovers

Here's my 2 pence, but bear in mind I am not massively knowledgeable on this kind of subject, however I have had Sportlines, KTEC coilovers, and now KTEC coilovers with a rear adjustable ARB (similar to the Whiteline one). Sportlines = Great handling, comfortable, although were a bit...

    ***Tyre Poll***

A local tyre place to me can do Hankook V12s for £67.70 fitted per corner, seems to be the best deal I can find. A no brainer, right?

    ScarySquirrel's Arctic Blue 182

Thanks dude. I have no idea how much lighter they are. The car felt the same when I changed them over though.
  26. ScarySquirrel

Anyone reverted back to standard ?

I know the feeling. I'm on KTEC coilovers, which are great when the roads are good. Unfortunately most of my journey to work is on crap roads. I'm just going to stick with it though.

    ScarySquirrel's Arctic Blue 182

I'd highly recommend it. You do lose that kick, but as the graph above shows you get a much smoother delivery of power. I prefer it with the remap.
