Thanks very much. It is quite fast, as you can see up to third briefly, so max. about 65 to 70 I suppose. It seems very quick when the road is only 12 feet wide!

About the only way to cure it is to try and find a new headlight at the breakers, almost impossible to re-fit the little adjuster thingy anyway!

Perhaps I'm putting my neck in a noose here, but I road rally my 172, it has 97K on it, and the box is as sweet as a nut (famous last words...?)

Recently fitted the KW kit to my 172, really pleased with it. I know it's a little more expensive than you are looking at, but to me well worth it.

My X plate MK1 172 has nearly 92k on it now, mostly very hard miles too!
