I have noticed a few things today, the car was in the sun which warmed up the car slightly. It seems i did a poor job of removeing all the tar from the road before i handed it over for dipping and there were a few spots missed. The Tar has softend and now there are a few black "spots" showing...

What Torque number did you get? Mines 144 :(

I dunno is 164 is low.. Mines 162.9 according to dynodaze. Mines stock apart from a pipercross air filter and a 98ron map. Got a Bigger bore Stainless exhaust going on over next two days so im hoping for 167+

I think he was presuming i had my foot down, and if i was then I would be going much faster in a few more moments. But i was accelerating from 5-30 after overtaking a parked car, put your foot to the floor in 1st in a 172/182 and ofc its going to be loud, just mine was moreso due to buggared...

Yo OP. Were you actually getting 40MPG or are you going by what your OBC was telling you? My OBC told me i was getting 42MPG, but at the pump was more 27Mpg, I replaced the Lambda and its now on Average 32-33Mpg and the OBC tells me 33-35.

I am on ocuk yes mate. I had my mate locate a spanner on the engine side bolts and hold whilst I did the work under the car. I did try it on my own but was impossible in 3c with wind blowing :( I will be doing it all again when my silenced decat comes along with new exhaust.

Mine also do this. Pump sounds Tired. rear windscreen is fine, pump sounds healthy. Front not so much. Anyone know where the pump is ?

What noise? The Whine? Thats normal on a cold start. Also it may just be the PAS pump, Mine whines 90% of the time but MUCH louder on cold start. its my PAS pump

Mick, What would you class as a service? In my eyes, its gearbox oil, Engine oil, Filter, Air filter reoiled, Pollen filter and check all my bulbs are working. What would you add to that?

Ok an update for anyone who has an issue I Undid the Cat -> Exhaust olive joint. Loosend the Backbox hanger (was pulling the exhaust back) Wiggled and pushed Cat towards engine (moved about 1-2mm at most) Then sealed it all back up, and tightend the back box hanger in correct place. This...

Hey so I replaced the gasket between cat and manifold due to loud boom from that area. now the drone did die Down, but I can smell exhaust through the vents and will bonnet up I can smell it coming from the back of engine. The gasket is visible and I can see a good 5 mm gap between maifold...

Get a Strong Diesel Engine put in the clio, Very strong gearbox, And all the running gear to handle it. Full respray to White or Yellow. and a 2000L Tanker of Diesel in the back garden
