thats a nice way, But due to the nature of the fuel light could be flawed.
its supposed to come on when there is 1 gallon left (4.57L) But i have seen mine come on when there was only 2L left! and other times when there was 7L left.
Well.
I Ignore the Trip computer MPG numbers. Those are wrong 100% of the time.
If I fill up then do just motorway 70MPH and then fill up again i get 37-38Mpg, Depends on how many hills are on that stretch.
if I fill up then do my Daily commute which is 22Miles each way, 15mins...
Hey
My car has decided to start to whine above 2.5K RPM.
I had ~
Cambelt kit 2 months back
PAS Pump Inc new Aux belt 2 months back.
What I didn't do was get the whole AUX kit replaced as it was only 11 months old since last replaced anyway..
The Whine comes in at 2.5k and will increase...
yes to the maps. dunno about airbag. But some 3.3 Resistors will sort the airbag lights.
Be warned the RStuner will lock your ECU to only using an RStuner to map.
I understand that dude, I was just suggesting it as a way.
Its a perfectly good option before having a respray.
But anyway, As i said like you all did, a decent Compound and a DA will see that gone and some decent wax to seal it. Will look mint again
Piss off, He said it may be an excuse to have it redone in black or resprayed and i said "wrap it" Cheaper than paint and would look fine. Was a perfectly decent suggestion.
Not my fault you bunch of tofts decided to go all high and mighty and jump down my throat.
Prats
Eh? What?
I'm already...
I had this.
After changing wishbones, Track rod ends and Ball joints it stopped.
Now and again i do notice it though.
The best bet is to get the car on stands.
Then have someone hold the steering wheel or clamp it.
Then get under the car and try to move the wheels and watch all the...
Orly?
if you think it looks "tacky" then something is wrong with you imo
A decent wrap looks like a car is painted... Unless you have in mind the Decals and the like?
Fitted a set of Wishbones.
These are special though, Made for a rally car.
Black Powerflexed welded corrected and then Powerder coated all over.
Was a pleasure fitting these.
No more creaking when i apply the breaks and also for some reason no more wobbled and vibration on the motorway...
I just replaced the entire wishbones with a set with black powerflex fitted.
Takes a good 2 hours or more per side and is a right pain to do. But not too hard
I find there is a lot of difference mate. I have fitted a non mapped ECU and the Torque is crap now lol. Also throttle response is laggy now.
Mines being mapped by Htec / Dynodaze in Hinckley on the 26th :) Not a crap map either, they keep the car for 2 days and do loads of runs on the rolling...
Then why have two mappers said to me that they cannot do it because its locked? Thats the reason why i got a replacement ECU. (tbh cheaper than licence and time to unlock if its possible)
