to do the belt PROPERLY its engine out, no way you can time it up perfectly with the engine in, NO WAY! if you're near Birmingham you can borrow the special cradle from me if you want, and the 8 locking pins AND the setting tools (its £1100 for all the tools by the way! LOL)

standard cars, out the box, 172 cup will get round the track quicker than any of the others, will also be the quickest but most dangerous on the road too

You do get all the gear, no idea on track days, i went round the outside of a lambo superleggera through oldhall @ Oulton Park once, true story LOL!
i'd say the cooksports weren't designed for the Sachs, stock spring rate on a trophy is massively different to a normal 172/182 (try fitting a trophy spring to a 172/182 shock and you'll get the idea!)
Maybe ask Cooksport to do some Trophy specific springs?
