water pump - easy enough, no new bits needed other than a belt (or belt KIT with an AC car)
dephaser - belt has to come off, but if its relatively new then chuck it back on - doubt you'll get any warranty out of the garage though!

I HAVE to use genuine because if a customer car leaves my workshop with anything else and it goes bang (due to a part failure) then good luck getting it repaired by whoever you purchased your non...
yeah leave the camber alone, just reduce front tyre pressure and or increase the rear, and be way less aggressive with the car (normally always the problem)
