I do most myself, only farm them out when they have holes in them, Quaife diffs are the worst for shimming, stock OE diffs are lovely, you can throw them in!
every single car we have in with these calipers has an issue, always the inner pad, pads have to be removed and the back plates ground down a touch
don't use bloody copper grease, not needed
or just replace the lower idler, bin the ac pump and leave the alternator where it is, there's a guide in the guides section (but lists the wrong length belt) £75 done
