Windows disc and do a repair is your best option matey as it will/ should boot from the CD / DVD and then give you the option to repair.
So turn PC on and place windows disc in CD / DVD drive straight away, once done if it doesn't boot from CD/DVD turn the PC off with the disc in the drive and...

Powerflow exhaust's are brilliant I have powerflow made side exit on my R5 and as said above as soon as you hit about 70mph it roars big time on the C1J engine I am going to be doing the 172 conversion into the R5 and using the same side exit.
Give it a good hard pull matey it will come of eventually. Had a similair thing on 1 of my R5's I ended up using a rubber mallet on the other side to assist removal.

To be honest matey I have repaired loads of R5 GTT's with the clifford alarm and I always have problems with the clifford alarm activiating itself codes not working, even the lbue flash light used to drain the batteries etc..apparently they are prone to going tits up on any car though.

Yeah she is a nice R5 very quick managed 197.7bhp & 221Lbft of torque @16psi in March this year on the rolling roads @ Track nR oad in essex, she has been runing 22psi for the last 5 months so I would expect her to be around the 220 - 230bhp mark. All thanks to the VNT turbo
