Well car is now lowered alot more unfortunatly the Spax RSX front coilovers had to go as they did not manage to perform well on a big drop. So have now replaced them in favour of a brand new set of AVO GTZ610 coilovers with custom stiffer eibach springs. I know need to play with the camber and...

Not much of an update really just been playing with the suspension some more and have decided to slam the 5 on the coilovers and I have uprated the front springs on the Spax RSX to shorter and stiffer jobbies to enable me to attempt to keep good handling

Morning all, Is it possible to change the 172 / 182 cambelt in situ in the clio or does the engine need to come out??? Only ask as I have only ever changed a cambelt on an R5 with 172 lump and it was just about possible to do it in situ. Cheers James

Update - Yes the H/g has gone (but no this was not because of to much boost and under fueling. It turned out to be just wear and tear as the H/G was the original from factory and head was unskimmed). Also been fettling the torsion bar aswell but still want to go a bit more lower

looks a little like a K&N, take the filter off and have a look around the plastic edgings for manufacture markings etc.
