Wow Ben it looks stunning! Keep the spoiler it's an easy swap back in the future.
In some of the pics it looks like rear spacers are fitted? Maybe just the angles?
The mk1 is definately becoming cooler with age.
It sounds brilliant!
It is just too low though IMO, yes he's caning it down a bumpy road but it looks unstable, as if one hidden bump, camber or pothole is ready to spit him off into a very painful crash.
That is suicidal! The section that starts around 2:50 where he's in the invisible middle lane is seriously scary.
Its also obvious that the bike is just toying with him.
I seem to be the only one, but I didn't think that video was too bad. Ok the guy is a floppy haired t**t, but in the late 90's terms such as ICE were thrown around left right and centre. 15 years ago I'd have probably watched that and creamed my pants lol.
The car did look good on the road at...
Car sailed through this morning, no advisories or problems at all! :)
Felt great to drive, just feels so tight still at 11 years old nearly. Thought this pic was cool.
Thanks everyone!
It truly is a pleasure to own. I keep saying this but honestly it's equally as fun just sitting watching TV knowing that it's tucked up in the garage, than it is actually using it! It doesn't get driven often but it always gets driven properly when it's out!
After 7 months of SORN, it's MOT is booked for the 7th provided it doesn't rain ;)
Started first crack after it's slumber on the c-tek and ran as sweet as a nut! I think I may have a very very slow puncture on the passenger front though, it needed air last year and looks slightly low again...
I'm going to sound really old here... But it's just a techno fest,
I would genuinely rather buy a 355 and fit a capristo for around £70k all in than blow all my money on that. The older ferrari's had soul and passion, now it just doesn't seem the same*
* and no I've not driven...
P.S the standard 18's take some beating. But the fact that these are über uber rare never released wheels make them mega cool. I have 1st dibs always have done lol :D
I just treated myself to the Bowers & Wilkins Z2, as i still like to have a lightening dock, but cant justify £500 on the zeppelin. Its a great bit of kit.
Nice and compact on the kitchen worktop, with airplay as well from anywhere in the house. Great sounds for something that size.
