The current wheels are very tatty mate, and hyper black is just the aftermarket name for the shadow chrome finish that's a BMW OEM colour, so won't be chavvy by any means!
They are very cheap for what they offer, plus the £££'a you'll get back from stripping and selling interior etc, makes...
Third new car thread from me in about 6 months!
After deciding I was keeping the Porsche for a year 100% definitely a few day before, I happened to stumble on M3cutters again and saw a car I had to have. Viewed it the following day and then collected it the day after that!
The history with the...
It was, has now been removed along with the rest of them! Was a ring sticker.
Because this is a much more complete car, and I missed the power of my old one!
The Porsche is awesome due to roof off motoring but in terms of enjoyment I prefer this.
Give in and buy one as soon as you find a...
Thanks guys.
Will have an update this weekend as got quite a few bits being done and been done already!
Personally I love the smoked indicators so they will be staying!
Running wise to the people who asked, I think they are either very cheap or very expensive, depending on which services need...
Will do mate!
I think it was purely just lack of use mate, first little trip this year there were a few stutters but it struggled through, and then the other 2 it ran perfectly without a fault, including 40 miles in one stretch! So just wants some decent runs out I think! Still trying to find...
Thanks Dave.
I saw the list of work carried out and knew that if I was the first there it would be mine, was no way I wasn't buying it! Luckily the bank of Mum helped me until I sell the Porsche!
Thanks Scott! Jag is always tucked up, although have managed about 100 miles so far this year on some nice days!
Not put it up because I'm a little embarrassed! Ended up being in a position where it had to be sold, but the garage kept using loop holes to drag it out, so I ended up having to cut...
:D
As usual, a complete impulse buy car wise! Was advertised on Tuesday night, went to see it in Crewe on Wednesday night, and just got back from collecting it tonight!
Absolutely love it, last time I was this excited about a car was when I got my first 2 years ago! Only downside is it's...
So I said a few days ago that I was definitely keeping the Boxster this summer and not getting an M3….but kept looking back at this thread and I've ended up buying one this evening, collecting tomorrow….damn you scutch!
Diagnosis complete, engine is fooked.
Not much info but they've boroscoped it and the cylinders are a right mess, cam chain issue as linked above.
Audi have offered 50% but will still be cheaper for a second hand engine so think they're going that way.
The good news is I won the bet with my...
Interesting, and it is the theory I've got my fiver on to be honest.
It was yellow light for low, not pressure apparently, first thing I asked her when she mentioned it! She was cranking it a lot so if this is the issue looks like it could be quite a bit of damage. Salvagable do we think, or new...
