Why Nick... WHY!!???!!
I've told the wife that I'm not spending anymore money on the Clio this year other than wear & tear items. Adjustable wishbones and bumpsteer kit is NOT in that category no matter how I spin it to her.
[Shakes fist in anger]
I would love to chap but I have plans this weekend that involve making sure the rear beam on the Clio isn't bent after Andy Wilkinson said it looked like it was crabbing en-route to Buddies.
Bloody cars!
Out of the two I'd say RS Tuning but that's because I've used them myself for our little Clios map. Absolutely nothing against DDC I've just not used them.
We are based in Nottingham though and just in case, prices for our belt changes can be found on our website...
Unlucky OP however there's no guarantee that the belt will last five years though as there's so many factors that can effect belt life. It is therefore advised to be changed every 5yrs or 72k
Mileage can be altered and legally in these situations but to misrepresent the vehicles displayed mileage with a lesser figure as being factual is fraud and illegal.
On the new cars it isn't an issue as the overall trip value is stored in multiple units which is synchronised via CAN.
Yours is too clean to track... mine on the other hand likes a jolly good thrashing session. I just hope that it is as much fun as it was before I did all the work and that it makes it back without the need of a recovery truck this time.
I suspect I will be very cautious tomorrow
Worth every penny mate!
Packed it ready for the Bedford track season opener then cleaned it quickly in preparation for taking on sbridgey in his mighty (slow) MX5...
... I'm apparently going to need the advantage of less resistance (Not after I've exacted my revenge on his car this year...
I've just removed PE2's for a more track focused tyre and am scared I've made a mistake to because they're possibly the best all round tyre I've ever driven on both roads and track with. If only the side walls weren't so soft!
Re: Grab A Cuppa and Have Read of my last 24hrs !!!!
It's easy but where most go wrong is they set the cams with the bar, tighten it up then remove thinking it's done which isn't quite right.
The cams naturally resist the setting tool which puts them slightly out of position and the manual...
Ph1 will need ECU, Key fob(s) and the BMT (Ph1 equivalent of the UCH).
I have seen these things survive what you did though so check EVERY fuse even if its for the cig lighter
