Nothing at all planned yet in terms of gear or layout; the thought literally popped into my head yesterday!
Basically, the missus wants us to knock through our lounge and dining room so I've said I'll entertain the idea if I can have a nice looking set up on the wall. Not sure I can justify a...
Anyone done one?
Following on from my thread on knocking a wall down, the bigger plan is to create a proper built-in AV set up. I've had a browse over on AV Forums, where people burn money for fun, but has anyone on here undergone a project like this?
The Melody brush looks, essentially, like a toilet brush. Can I use a poundstretcher toilet brush for my arches or am I obliged to pay detailing scene tax?

Lol, I like it! "I'm doing this in here so you can't hog the space with all your work s**t...". Tactical.

Re: What have you ordered?
Research sealant over on detailingworld Jordi, it's not going to harden. That would ruin the finish of the wheels as it would be essentially a thick clearcoat.

My towel is quite old so seems to be less absorbent than it used to be - do they lose absorbency? I think this is the issue when it comes to blotting as it always leaves water residue behind that needs a wipe...
Don't give him an even bigger head...
Yeah that'll be fine. Not used that particular one but it's got all the right features and the reviews seem to back up te fact that it's very absorbent.
I'm with richy. Blotting doesn't work for me, gotta have a light sweep action. I sweep the roof and bonnet and then tend to scrunch and wipe the sides and back.

You look hot with a beard.
When will you be able to drive the car to my house?
