I doubt you would get rubbing issues on 20mm on the front mate! get a picture up though so we can try and judge! , We sold some to a chap on here who was very very low on coilovers so i'm sure it would be fine on cooksports!
rear i would go with the 10mm hub spacers ;)
15mm bolt to hub spacers will require you to shorten the length of the standard bolts to enable them to bolt into the spacer. 15mm doesn't physically have enough thickness in it to accommodate the standard clio bolts.
i wouldn't recommend shortening bolt lengths either.. i can't remember off...
We sell spacers for the rear that sit behind the hub
10mm or 15mm available in loads of varying camber amounts, That way you can space the wheels out further & add camber at the same time ;)

I felt it was let down by the tints though & did it have lexus light too? One of the mintest clio's iv'e seen in a while though!
