I've tried proper dye not the AG stuff which is rubbish and it's had 3 goes so far and still isn't black! Do as daveski says and recover it.

Well you don't. But a currently modified car has definitely been modified. One that is standard might not have been.

+1 +1 A few of my friends know what it is and so don't make comments like that, the majority that don't I just laugh and agree with em. They are girly and chavvy. But that's not why we drive them so we don't care.

I noticed no difference in the following days, must be used to this kinda stuff after being at university and pigging out lol. Wish I was bigger built though, If i weighed more than 67kg I woulda found it much easier lol

Maybe they do real day to day driving, like through cities and in traffic and stuff and not sit on the motorway at 70 for a tank full?

+1 about it being a good idea for a meet. I woke up at 5.15 absolutely gagging for a drink, necked about a pint and three quarters of water then went back to bed. Think I'll skip breakfast this morning. I feel ok now though, still a bit full but that's all.

Fitted a 182 bootlid to the phase 1 and put a phase 2 dash in it.

I think it's much more hassle than it's worth - I think the front end of the chassis around the wings is different which means you cant fit phase 2 wings and headlights etc Wiring the lights is in the guides section which you have to be a club member to see (£12 a year)

Valve stem seals/valve guides. Bet it blue smokes on over run too when driving
