Closed loop Table, Boost Vs Rpm Vs Load. I've not driven it yet but thats what mine will be, and im sure it should be about the best solution for boost control out there right?
Ah sorry i thought you were reffering to the ph1 setup!!
To be honest my low boost was mapped on in tank regulator, and i never had any issues at all with fuelling, but i guess it differs from car to car.
Nout wrong with the ph1 setup.
Needs the Ph1 Rail (with regulator), buy 3-4m of 8mm Nylon tube, a Metre of 8mm ID Fuel Hose, some replacement fuel rail adaptors from Ktec, some clips to hold the nylon pipe to the rubber hose.
8mm drill for the fuel pump housing, 1/8" NPT tap for the housing...
i'd of thought hi comp pistons are req'd to generate the larger cylinder pressures at high revs required for the cams to 'be in their element'. Cutouts on stantad pistons wouldnt provide that.
Posting up here as some of you might have some mates with AUDI, Seat, VW 20VT's e.t.c

Re: Cambelt Con/Rip off tactics.
Pure Gold thread, the troll ability is strong with this one, you could'nt have possibly bettered yourself than to reccomend Mr Clutch to do an F4R cambelt. Excellent show you have many of us banging our heads on the table and laughing with rage! Keep it coming!
Short term about £50 for a new clip and some welding, maybe a bit more if you change the gearbox oil for fresh stuff. Long term you need another gearbox.
My valve was fitted and i drove it about, in its de-enegized state the wastegate actuator see's the full pressure signal, so its as ifthe valve isnt there, just dont apply 12v to it and youl be fine ;)
Just tap it into the FPR, the risks are being exagerated here. You've got to be a right tard to route it some way in which the hose is heavily abraded to cause some risk of the hose being rubbed through to cause an air leak. Use decent securing clips and there is no problem. If you're worried...
