I had similar damage on my cup and it was repaired. Cost £2500 to repair it so you might get lucky like I did.

On AMD rollers yeh. On a decent set like badger5 it'll be circa 270, though, I do know of an LCR that has done 285bhp on badger5 rollers on a stock K04, with a weak actuator ;)

Yeh was around the paddock. I go straight for sound testing every year as soon as I get there to avoid the queue later on then go park up on the stand.

Unless they've changed that since last year they tested mine when I didn't have a pass. I'm going to have it sound tested again if I can with the new exhaust on even though I'm not planning on going out

If you really want track time I'd go get the car sound tested as soon as we get there, park up then go buy some track time. Should be plenty of spaces left at that time

When I recently had an accident in my cup I would of been devastated if it was written off and it was very very close. I probably would of bought it back and fixed it. If I had to sell it I probably would cry seeing someone else drive it off. Its a bit sad I love it that much really lol...
