Not necessarily looking to buy either, but was just looking at how broad the hot hatch market is at the 5k price point. Two very different takes, but where would your money go?

Hope the links work
Looks lovely mate! I'm sure you will be chuffed with it, but as others have said 192bhp isn't right. Those are the figures you would see on a car with different cams
As others have said you will struggle to shift it come resale as it is always going to have this doubt over it. I'd just walk away and find another, there are plenty of nice ones about if you prepared to wait.
That looks horrific. IMO wrapping and carbon wrap like on it's boot strip cheapen the look of the car. Get real carbon or don't bother IMO. Also people say just peel it off, but it's not as easy as that. A friends dad took an impreza in p/x for next to nothing, it was wrapped in matte black...
I disagree, the wheels are a little darker in the flesh, but I don't think they clash at all. They look the same as standard colour, and are standard size but in a different style, so OEM+ to me.
Fair enough if it's not to everyone's taste though :)
Thanks for all the replies, some really nice looking cars.
I think I'm going to go for 15mm front and 10mm rears. From what you've said I shouldn't get much rubbing that way.
Did you notice any difference in handling?
Hi, looking to get some spacers for my 182, it's got eibach springs with 172 cup turini's. It's only a road car, so I'm just looking for a little bit of an more aggressive look.
Could people post some pictures of theirs and what spacers they run so I can see what they look like, and what to go...
I've got a tub of bouncers 22 already, I used to love it on the metallic paint of my 172 cup, but find it doesn't do a lot for the solid racing blue colour.
I'm not a fan of autoglym products.
I've ordered some of the supernatural to try out. May have to try some of the poorboys stuff next!
Still undecided on a wax, I'm looking for something around £40, so I can't quite afford the Zymol Carbon, any other sugestions?
Just been looking at Auto Finesse, have you had any experience with Soul? This seems like a good entry level hard wax from the description.
I will bear your samples in mind, thanks for the help guys :)
Just looking through some shampoo ideas, and I'm torn bewtween Dodojuice Supernatural, and their born to be mild. What experiences have people had with both?
Also, which wax gives the nicest shine to Racing Blue, I am currently using Dodo Juice Hard Candy, I'm quite happy, but I'm thinking...
I'd imagine trade would see it as a 14 year old Clio with a dear to run engine in a bright colour :/.
Hope someone looks after this once it's sold, it's a lovely car!
