    it should be half way but the way the dials are angled it always looks slightly lower than it should be. if you line your eyes up straight it "should" sit in the middle!

    i connected the neons to both the yellow and white wire (with ignition on) and the neons did not come on

    Right... The blue wire shown in pic 2 IS a PERMANANT live. i have just wire it up to my neons (which came on) and the keys wernt in the ignition picture on the top of the ead unit didnt tell me anything!

    right im back... pics uploading first things first - there is defo no split in the remote wire (i just used another wire to test)

    will do! i cant see it being this as ive had 3 clios (all the same wiring) and ive had a sub and amp in this car for 4/5 months so will try. il get some pics too p.s - thanks for your patients on this
